This study reveals that women philosophers are simultaneously overrepresented, as demonstrated by the increasing prominence of feminist philosophy, and underrepresented, as they are often overlooked in discussions of the topics they have contributed to.
With an integrated methods of close and distant reading, we found that underrepresented philosophers receive less credit and are less accessible on Wikipedia because their pages are systematically isolated.
